We’re looking for a Marketplace Inside Sales & Operations who wants to learn, make an impact and grow while supporting and expanding our seller network across Spain and Portugal.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, optimising processes and combining sales with operational excellence in a fast‑paced marketplace environment.
What You’ll Do
Seller Acquisition & Growth

Recruit new sellers (pharmacies, parapharmacies and brands) and support the onboarding and catalogue inclusion process.

Build trusted relationships with sellers and support them in growing their performance on the marketplace.

Collaborate on negotiations related to catalogue setup and commercial conditions.
Seller Operations & Support

Guide sellers through platform usage, catalogue configuration and best practices.

Support daily operations: orders, shipping, returns and incident resolution.

Ensure smooth fulfilment and proactively solve issues to improve seller experience.
Performance & Optimization

Monitor key seller KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with internal teams (Success, Catalogue, Marketing, Warehouse) to resolve issues and optimise workflows.

Use AI and automation tools to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
What You Bring

1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, inside sales, customer success or other customer‑facing roles.

Strong communication and organisational skills; you feel comfortable speaking with external partners.

A proactive, problem‑solving mindset — you enjoy finding solutions and improving how things work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
Languages:

Portuguese & Spanish: professional working proficiency (you’ll use both regularly)

English: B2 (intermediate)
Nice to Have

Experience in retail, e‑commerce or the pharmaceutical sector.

First exposure to marketplaces or seller management.

Curiosity about AI tools and process automation.
