Responsibilities
Social Media & Content

Create visual content for social media (posts, stories, reels).

Adapt marketing campaigns into social-first formats.

Contribute to the ideation of creative concepts.

Ensure visual consistency across all social channels.
Internal Branding

Create visual materials for internal corporate communication.

Support the development of occasional printed materials (posters, basic assets).

Ensure brand consistency across all internal touchpoints.

Elevate the visual quality of internal communications.
Requirements
-
1–2 years of experience in design or digital content creation.

Proficiency in Figma and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Experience using AI tools applied to design (Freepik, Firefly, or similar).

Experience creating content for social media, especially short-form video.
-
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut or similar).
-
Basic knowledge of print design (layout, formats, and artwork preparation).

Ability to work with guidelines and design systems.

Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.

Fluent in English and Spanish
