Inside Sales (m/w/d)

We’re looking for a proactive Inside Sales to grow and support our seller network in Portugal and Spain

What You’ll Do
  • Recruit new sellers (pharmacies, parapharmacies, brands) and negotiate catalogue inclusion.

  • Onboard and train sellers on platform use, catalogue setup, and performance optimisation.

  • Support daily operations: orders, shipping, returns, and incident resolution.

  • Ensure smooth fulfilment and proactively resolve seller issues.

  • Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Success, Catalogue, Marketing, Warehouse).

  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows.

What You Bring
  • Experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or commercial roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with basic Excel skills.

  • Problem-solver, adaptable, and able to work independently.

  • Spanish & Portuguese: C1 level.

  • English: intermediate.

  • Nice to have: experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
