Your Mission: Shape seamless experiences across Europe

As part of our Customer Success team, you'll handle multi-channel support (calls, emails, chat) and become a go-to expert for our network of sellers. Whether it’s resolving delivery issues or navigating post-order complexities like returns or refunds—you’ll be the bridge between fast resolution and long-term satisfaction.

What You'll Be Owning

  • Deliver prompt, friendly support across inbound channels: phone, email, and live chat

  • Manage and resolve incidents, proactively following cases until full resolution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and resolve cross-functional issues

  • Support sellers with pre- and post-order operations (returns, replacements, refunds)

  • Troubleshoot product catalogue issues and advocate for seller success

  • Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and the seller experience

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You're not just good with people—you genuinely care.

  • Higher education in Business Administration or similar

  • 2+ years in Customer Support, Call Center, or Marketplace Operations

  • Fluent in French and Spanish; upper-intermediate English required

  • Strong communicator with a naturally positive attitude

  • Problem-solver with exceptional planning and organizational skills

  • Team player: open to feedback, eager to share wins (and learn from misses)

  • Cool under pressure and laser-focused on quality
