We are looking for a proactive, data-driven and hands-on Pricing Business Analyst.
You will work side by side with the business, finance, marketing, and data teams.
Responsibilities
Ensuring a competitive pricing strategy taking into account the pricing of our competitors, customer behavior, margin and sales targets.
Reviewing pricing performance and making decisions about adjustments to the pricing strategy as needed. Providing reports and presentations on pricing effectiveness and profitability.
Reviewing external and internal pricing data, processes, and tools to asses data quality and identify opportunities to better leverage technology to improve pricing efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborating with our data team, as the business owner for initiatives to continuously optimize our pricing processes and algorithms.
Collaborating with our category management, procurement, and data teams, to ensure the success of our promotional pricing campaigns.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce pricing.
Subject matter expert in pricing: pricing strategies, customer price perception, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Excel.
- Experience using a BI tool (Qlik Sense is a plus).
- Experience using SQL.
People Skills:
- Excellence: in organization, planning and execution. Focus on details and ability to work under pressure and prioritize. Experience with Agile is a plus.
