Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Collaboration: Contributed actionable legal insights to multi-disciplinary project teams, gaining deep business acumen within a fast-paced in-house environment.
AI-Enhanced Legal Drafting: Leveraged cutting-edge AI tools to draft internal legal memos and contracts, ensuring citation accuracy by validating all AI-generated case law and regulations.
Data Protection & Compliance: Supported GDPR initiatives by maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and providing support on data protection matters.
Commercial Contract Review: Conduct detailed legal reviews for direct procurement contracts, identifying potential risks and ensuring alignment with internal legal standards.
Corporate Secretarial Support: Manage the drafting of corporate minutes and resolutions while coordinating end-to-end notarization and legalization processes for official filings.
Operational Process Management: Optimized and applied legal workflows across the EU segment, managing end-to-end communication with business units and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
QualificationsEducation: Currently enrolled in an accredited law degree program.
Technical: Proficiency in AI tools
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish. Catalan would be a plus.
