As a Sales & Marketplace Intern, you will help support our existing sellers (pharmacies, parapharmacies, and brands) on our online platform. You will assist the team in making sure everything runs smoothly, especially around order fulfilment, seller support and basic administrative tasks.
What you’ll do:

Help onboard current sellers, assisting them with catalogue updates and explaining simple sales tips to improve their results.

Follow up with our sellers to promote extra services, like Next Day delivery, and help them grow their business on our platform.

Check that Fulfillment orders are processed and shipped on time, supporting the team to resolve any delivery or stock issues.

Provide general support to sellers during the onboarding process and with their daily operations.

Work with other teams, such as Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Support, to solve operational challenges.

Perform administrative tasks related to Fulfillment and marketplace management, keeping our records and processes up to date
Profile & Skills:

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.

Interest in e-commerce and digital sales.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Organized and detail-oriented.
-
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Intermediate Excel skills are required.
