TasksEmployee experience:

Support in the onboarding of the new team members.

Prepare onboarding and culture sessions, update of presentations.

Support in HR operations processes.

Support in the process and the compliance of Occupational Hazards.

Organize PRL course and medical checks.
- Support in the benefits management: prepare Birthday Cards, Give access to our health partners, monthly discounts, health insurance.
- You will provide the team with a point of contact for the management of the benefits of the company and will give support to the strategy.
- Assist in creating policies of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Support in the reporting of the main KPIs of the area.
- Support in the organization of internal events.
- Assist the Office Manager in the organization of Team Buildings.
- Support the office management and the workplace excellence.
- Currently studying a university degree or master's degree in subjects related to: Labor Relations, ADE, or similar
- Internship agreement
- On-site position from Monday to Friday / Schedule 9h to 14h or 9h to 15h or full-time (some remote days may apply)
- Availability to start on March
- Good communication skills, team spirit and proactivity
- Fluent Spanish and English
