How long does the recruitment process take?
We strive for a swift and transparent selection process. Typically, it takes about three weeks from application to hire. We value your time and aim to make the journey as seamless as possible, ensuring clarity every step of the way.
Do you sponsor work visas?
We truly appreciate your interest in joining our team. Please note, we currently do not sponsor work visas. To be eligible for employment, you must have a valid work and residence permit for your desired location. Thank you for understanding and considering a career with us.
What does the onboarding process look like?
At PromoFarma DocMorris, we pour passion into creating a seamless onboarding experience. Our standardised process includes a tailored welcome package, diverse information formats, a buddy program, and networking opportunities. We ensure you feel welcome from day one.
Are candidates sent by recruitment agencies accepted?
Our internal Talent Acquisition Team excels at filling roles directly. We do not accept candidate profiles without a specific search request and any unsolicited profiles will be removed. If we hire a candidate through our own efforts, no placement fee will be paid to the recruitment agency.
